Fifi Sharma  also made an early impression as a rookie in Season 83, assisting the Lady Spikers in defeating their fierce rivals, the Ateneo Lady Eagles, and making it to the championships. Even though they lost the championship in four games, Fifi Sharma  also made a name for herself in the league. She blocked 0.46 shots every set in addition to scoring 8.3 points every game.

In Season 84, Fifi Sharma  also developed into one of the Lady Spikers’ most potent weapons. She was  also crucial to the team’s victory over the Ateneo Lady Eagles and their comeback to the championship game. This time, they  also exacted revenge and won the championship in three games. With 0.64 blocks per set, Fifi Sharma was  also chosen as the Best Blocker of the Season. In Season 85, Fifi Sharma cemented her place among the greatest middle blockers in UAAP history. With an average of 0.46 blocks per set, she was the sixth-best blocker in the league. Fifi contributed offensively as well, averaging 9.2 points per game. She also participated in the Lady Spikers’ four-game title defense against the FEU Lady Tamaraws. She  also was crowned Finals MVP for her incredible performance in the championship series.
