Meredith Marakovits

Meredith Marakovits is an American sportscaster who currently works as the YES Network’s clubhouse reporter for the New York Yankees. She provides Yankees coverage on the network’s team game telecasts, pre-and post-game shows, and the team Batting Practice Today show.

Marakovits was born on July 22, 1983, and was inducted into the Rockne Wall Hall of Fame. She is a naturalized American with a white ethnic background.

Professionalism

Marakovits began his career in Allentown, Pennsylvania, as a pre-and post-game host as well as a sideline reporter for the Lehigh Valley IronPigs Television Network. She also worked as a sideline reporter for Service Electric’s 2 Sports division.

As a reporter for 1050 ESPN Radio in New York in 2010, Marakovits covered the New York Yankees. She worked as a reporter for 97.5 The Fanatic/950 ESPN Radio before moving to New York. She was also a Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia sideline reporter for the Philadelphia 76ers. Her final 76ers broadcast was on April 4, 2012.

Her previous experience includes working as an anchor for SportsNet New York, as a contributor for WFAN (660 AM) radio in New York, as a fill-in anchor for Comcast SportsNet New England, as a contributor on SNY programs The Wheelhouse, The Daily News Live, and Geico Sportsnite, and as a contributor for WFAN (660 AM) radio in New York.

Marakovits joined the YES Network as a clubhouse reporter in 2012. Al Leiter, Sarah Kustok, and Ryan Ruocco are among the YES network’s prominent members.
