On January 25, 2022, young MMA fighter Pierre Ludet was discovered dead in his home. Pierre, who fought in the flyweight division at the time, was only 22 years old.

According to authorities, the French MMA fighter Pierre Ludet died as a result of a gunshot wound to the head. And it was he who fired the gun, which served as his service weapon.
He also served in the French National Police Force. Though it is confirmed that he committed suicide, officials have yet to determine why he did so.
